The global energy landscape is evolving rapidly, spurred by technological advancements and growing concerns about climate change. As a result, the development of new energy power systems has become a critical focus of research and innovation. The concept of a new energy power system encompasses various topics, including renewable energy sources, energy storage, smart grids, electric vehicles, and energy efficiency. Advancements in these areas have the potential to revolutionize the way we generate, distribute, and consume energy, and to create a more sustainable, reliable, and resilient energy infrastructure.

We invite you to contribute to and participate in ICSGSC 2025, to be held in Chengdu, China from November 1st to 3rd, 2025. ICSGSC is an annual conference series that has been held since 2017. 2025 the 9th International Conference on Smart Grid and Smart Cities (ICSGSC) is a platform for presenting outstanding results and addressing new challenges facing the field of Smart Grid and Smart Cities. ICSGSC 2025 is co-sponsored by IEEE and Chengdu University of Technology, China.  

ICSGSC 2025 offers a comprehensive program, including keynote speeches, invited talks, panel discussions, and regular papers. We look forward to your contributions and participation in making this event a resounding success. The excellent presentation and best paper award will be granted, serving as an incentive to attend. We hope that you will join us at ICSGSC 2025.

第九届智能电网和智慧城市国际会议将于2025年11月1日至3日在中国成都召开,欢迎参加!该系列会议始创于2017。 本届会议关注智能电网和智慧城市的新理论及其应用,为相关领域的技术及相关研究领域的专家、学者交流最新研究成果、探讨学术发展方向提供一个广泛的交流平台。本届会议由IEEE和成都理工大学联合主办。大会除了提供丰富的活动安排(专家报告,特邀报告,专题论坛,特别分会,小组讨论,分会报告等),会议同时还设置了最佳报告、最佳论文、优秀青年学者等奖项。 

 

Conference Proceedings/论文集 

All submissions will be peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. The registered and presented papers will be published into ICSGSC2025 Conference Proceedings, and reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex and Scopus.
录用的文章将出版到ICSGSC会议论文集,将由IEEE出版和Ei核心、Scopus检索。 文章作者将被邀请参会做口头报告。
