ICSGSC 2025 | Chengdu, China  

2025 9th International Conference on Smart Grid and Smart Cities (ICSGSC) is co-sponsored by Chengdu University of Technology, China and IEEE, was successfully held from November 1st to 3rd. Hosted by the college of Nuclear Technology and Automation Engineering, the conference facilitated the exchange of knowledge and advancements in smart grid technologies and urban development.
11月1日至3日,第九届智能电网和智慧城市国际会议(The 9th International Conference on Smart Grid and Smart Cities,ICSGSC 2025)在成都隆重开幕。大会由IEEE与成都理工大学联合主办,成都理工大学核技术与自动化工程学院承办。来自国内外多所高校、科研机构及行业企业的专家学者、工程技术人员及青年研究者近百人齐聚蓉城,共同探讨智能电网与智慧城市领域的前沿成果与未来趋势。

At the opening ceremony, Prof. Dongsheng Cai of Chengdu University of Technology delivered the opening address, noting that smart grids and smart cities are pivotal to energy transition and digital urban governance, and expressing hope that the conference will foster interdisciplinary and industry–academia–research collaboration for global energy and urban development. The ceremony was moderated by Dr. Yankai Xing.
开幕式上,成都理工大学蔡东升研究员致大会开幕辞。他指出,智能电网与智慧城市建设是支撑能源转型与城市治理数字化的重要方向,期待通过本次大会进一步促进多学科交叉与产学研协同,为全球能源与城市发展贡献智慧与力量。开幕式由成都理工大学邢雁凯研究员主持。

学术报告环节,香港理工大学(IET Fellow)卜思齐教授、天津大学冀浩然教授、兰州交通大学新能源与动力工程学院副院长李帅兵教授、重庆大学杨知方教授团队分别围绕智能电网运行安全、电力电子技术、电力系统优化与人工智能等主题作主旨报告。专家报告聚焦电力系统多场耦合效应、柔性配电技术、物理驱动智能优化、系统安全控制等热点议题,从理论研究到工程实践展开深度解读,分享了前沿成果与创新思路。 

特邀报告环节,昆明理工大学荣恩国副教授、西安理工大学尹健宁副教授分别围绕电容式无线电能传输技术、直流开断先进理论与关键技术作主旨报告。专家报告聚焦无线电能传输效率与系统优化、直流开断物理机理与保护策略等热点议题,从理论研究到工程实践展开深度解读,分享了前沿成果与创新思路。
